Norma Rapko is an accomplished designer and decorator who will inspire your creativity and imagination! Author of the book, "Embellished Memories" and frequent contributor to countless crafting magazines and television shows, Norma knows how to take things from ordinary to extraordinary! She can show you how to create beautiful picture frames, jewelry and home decor on a budget yet still inspire you to dream big!
