 Next Art & Soul: Friday, September 17th! Sign up now! Every month we have an opportunity to develop our creativity and make a beautiful project, as well as meet new friends and have a crafty, conversational night out! Norma Rapko, author, designer, and frequent guest on television shows shows us how to make works of art on a shoestring budget! Create frames, jewelry and more from month to month. Takes place the third Friday of every month at 7:00-9:00 pm at the home of Norma Rapko.

 Our Fall Bible Studies begin Tuesday, September 14, 2010. This season, morning attendees (Tuesdays, 9:00-11:00 am) have TWO studies to choose from! Study the Fruits of the Spirit with Beth Moore in her "Living Beyond Yourself" study, or dive into the book of Ephesians with Kay Arthur and her "Precept Upon Precept" Inductive Bible study. Childcare is available for either morning study for a nominal fee. Our evening study (Tuesdays, 7:00-9:00 pm) will be "Living Beyond Yourself." Sign ups happening now on Sunday mornings in Heritage Hall. Materials fee is $25.00 for either study.

 Coffeeology is our name for a popular and stimulating Women's Forum with Pastor Dave. Come with your questions on life, theology, or anything else on your mind! Get to know other women, learn from Pastor Dave, and always leave with something to think about. Coffeology takes place Wednesdays in March & September, 6:45-8:00 pm.

 Friday evening, October 8th through Saturday evening, October 9th, 2010. Mark your calendars now! Our Women's Fall Retreat is an annual "don't miss" event! Takes place at the beautiful Forest Home Retreat Center in Ojai. This year, we have a very special treat in store for our ladies. We will be featuring NorthPark's own Sue White, Tracy Klehn, Nancy Stemme, Heather Johns, Margaret Lininger, and Mimi Hudson to teach, encourage, challenge, and inspire us!

 Our Women's Encouragement Team gets together every FIRST Thursday of the Month at 7:00 pm to
pray for others, write notes of inspiration and reassurance to various folks in
our church, and generally have a good time with the purpose of uplifting and
encouraging others. Next Meeting Date: Thursday, September 2, 7:00-8:00 pm. They meet in the "Lions Den" on the second floor. Join the fun anytime--Everyone welcome!

 Women's Book Study Group--Begins Monday, October 18th 7:00-8:30 pm (A 12 Week Study) Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In other words, boundaries define who we are and who we are not. Boundaries impact all areas of our live: physical boundaries, mental boundaries, emotional boundaries, and spiritual boundaries.

 Begins Friday, October 15, 2010. Meets Friday mornings 9:00-11:00 am in the "Lion's Den" near the church office. Parenting teens can be a challenging yet rewarding time for moms. So much change, so many new situations, so many new feelings--and that is just on the parent's side! This group is a non-judgmental, grace-oriented group for mothers of teens of all ages. Find support, encouragement, practical advice, special guest teachers, and a network of friends to pray with, laugh with, and journey with.
