Carl serves as a pastor/elder at NorthPark since 2017 after serving as a deacon and calling NorthPark home since 1999. Born and raised in Ohio and armed with an aerospace engineering degree from The Ohio State University, Carl immediately transplanted to California to join the high-tech aerospace industry. He is currently employed as a program executive at a large aerospace company. Carl has been married for over 25 years to his beautiful wife Julie and they are blessed by four adult children and so far three grandchildren. In his occasional bits of free time, Carl enjoys movies, family traveling (mostly to visit grandchildren!), music, reading, camping, playing and watching sports (especially the Buckeyes!).

Bob serves as a pastor/elder at NorthPark after serving in the Fire Department for many years before becoming a Pastor/Elder at NorthPark. He currently leads our Care Ministry. Pastor Bob, and his wife Margaret, are beloved at NorthPark for the wisdom and much valued perspective they bring. Jim serves as a pastor and elder at NorthPark Church. He and his wife, Janette, have lived in Santa Clarita since 1992, when they relocated from Northern California with their family. They have been part of the NorthPark community since 2001.

Jim actively leads Sunday morning Bible studies and hosts a bi-weekly small group. He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and serves as Advanced Faculty in the School of Business at the University of Phoenix.

A Vietnam Army veteran, Jim is also a certified flight instructor and an avid backpacker and hiker—always in search of a new trail to explore.

Scott serves as a pastor/elder at NorthPark. After high school, Scott joined the Marines and rose to the rank of Sergeant. After his service, Scott transitioned to corporate America where he worked in Research and Design for both LA Gear and K-Swiss. After a decade of expense reports and boardroom meetings, he accepted an invitation to join his church staff in Hollywood where he served as Administrative Pastor for ten years. In 2008, he started a company to help churches and businesses better manage their finances and human resources. In 2012, NorthPark became one of his clients. Scott so enjoyed working with the people of NorthPark that he could not refuse when they asked him to take on the role of Operations Pastor in 2015.

Robert is Lead Pastor and an elder. He's responsible for preaching and ministry oversight. He came to NorthPark in 2015 after serving as Senior Pastor on the East Coast. Before that Robert served on staff at Emmanuel Faith Community Church in Escondido, CA for seven years in Adult ministries. Robert started in ministry at Birdville Baptist Church in Forth Worth, TX serving as College and Singles Pastor. Robert earned his B.A. from Baylor University, M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, M.A. Talbot Theological Seminary (Biola), and Ph.D. Theology and Religion from Durham University in Durham, England. His doctoral thesis was published in 2013 by Walter De Gruyer titled New Existence and Righteous Living: Colossians and 1 Peter in Conversation with 4QInstruction and the Hodayot. Robert also contributed to Following Jesus Christ: The New Testament Message of Discipleship for Today, Chapter 15 "Suffer, Strive, and Stand for Holiness: Discipleship in 1–2 Peter and Jude." Robert is married to Laurie and has two children.

Brooke has been a part of NorthPark since 2002.  As Elder Pastor Brooke oversees day to day matter and special events. He has lived in Santa Clarita since 1986.  Brooke operates a real estate development and construction management firm in town, his career in this field spans more than forty years.  Brooke and his wife Nathalie have four children, he and Nathalie have deep roots within Santa Clarita, together they enjoy travel and family time.
